Eccentric Strength Training using weight-stack machines

Notice how I carefully “hand off” the weight to the client when she’s at the TOP position and she lowers the weight stack under control.

This targets muscle fibers more effectively. Before digital strength machines, this is how I trained clients in NYC, Hamptons and Greenwich for years and they experienced great results!
