These two advanced, closely related strength training services—eccentric-only training and accentuated eccentric training—both delivered in the comfort of your home. Each method emphasizes controlled muscle lengthening to maximize strength gains while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Eccentric-only training focuses exclusively on the lowering phase of an exercise, allowing clients to safely handle higher loads with minimal joint stress.

Accentuated eccentric training combines assisted lifting with increased resistance during the lowering phase, further enhancing mechanical tension and muscle development.

By offering both approaches, I can customize training based on your goals, experience level, recovery needs, and schedule—delivering effective, sustainable results in less time.

Time Under Tension Strength Training

Experience this very effective and safe style of strength training (time-under-tension--aka--accentuated eccentric loading) where your lowering (eccentric) is overloaded more than your lifting (concentric).

Example:

Athlete squats 115 lbs. down (lowering)

Comes up with 75 lbs. (lifting)

So you start each exercise with a weight that is 20-40% more than you can handle lifting.
